Victor Wembanyama now on
You know what's great is
San Antonio 115, Minnesota 108
Spurs lead series, 2-1
... this series.
For a little while, when the Spurs led 14-1, you felt as if the score accurately resembled Victor Wembanyama's reach over the NBA.
Definitely the distance. Like, every game of his should reasonably start with the Spurs up 14-1, the other team clanging every field goal and splitting a pair at the line.
It isn't that Victor Wembanyama is 6-4 with these skills, or 7-feet, but 7-4. He's 7-4-they-tell-us. At some point, with this league, we're going to wonder if every Spurs opponent should be allowed an 14-1 bump of their own to begin each contest, something to even things out, Wemby with a cast like this and whatnot. Have you seen Dylan Harper play basketball? Did we watch that one Stephon Castle splash?
