Cavs blow 22-point lead, Knicks run OT
New York 115, Cleveland 104 (OT)
Knicks lead series 1-0
There was a thought I had, with the Cavaliers up 92-71 and eight minutes left in this contest, Donovan Mitchell splashing threes.
Thought the Cavaliers might need to "bottle some of these" makes. That the Cavs, clear winners of Game 1, will require these superfluous buckets when New York roars back in Game 2.
Which is on Thursday. When Cleveland would, I guess I thought, un-bottle Tuesday's stored basketball scores?
Dumb thoughts. Replaced by smarter thoughts, like, how can Cleveland even compete with Landry Shamet out there?
